Our house, now in the 2nd generation of the Hiemer family, is located close to the city centre in the Amendingen district. The quiet location is particularly appreciated. The train station, airport and motorway can be reached within a few minutes. There is ample parking for buses around the hotel. We can even offer you a "Stadl" for bicycles, with the possibility of charging e-bikes.
The family-friendly hotel has a beautiful beer garden with shady chestnut trees. On hot days, it's almost inviting for a freshly tapped beer or other cool drinks. A clearly visible children's playground and the spacious sun terrace allow you to enjoy Parents and children have sufficient but controllable freedom. In sunshine and warm temperatures many guests also have their breakfast there.

History of the
The Hotel Hiemer was once a farmhouse. Alois Ludwig Hiemer took over his parents' farm at a very early age. The basis at that time was dairy cattle, pig fattening, sheep breeding and the cultivation of grain and potatoes. The generous parking lots around the house, as well as The barn and the stable still remind us of this today.
At the beginning of the 70's, he and his wife Maria, lovingly built the farm and stable buildings into the inn. "Amendinger Stuben" with two bowling alleys. At that time as today a popular destination for all family celebrations and weddings or simply to have a cosy and good meal.
A good ten years later, the large extension to the hotel was added. 35 guest rooms on 3 floors arose from it.
Today the "Hotel Hiemer" is run by the second generation of the Hiemer family with the same love and devotion as you have learned from your parents.
Since the generation change the transformation into the modern age is constantly pursued. Starting with the replacement of the floor covering, from carpets to tiles or laminate flooring, from tube TVs to flat screens to the redesign of room furnishings. Always striving to achieve the existing with to combine with something new.
